I’ve always been passionate about women’s reproductive rights. It was only when I started learning more about the birthing industry that I began to appreciate how underserved pregnant and laboring people were – and how much more work had to be done to keep birthing people safe and supported during one of the most transformative times in their lives! Immediately, I knew I had to be apart of changing the norm.
As a DONA-trained doula, I offer my clients customized and informed support before, during, and after labor. From helping you make your birth plan that ensures you communicate your cultural, medical, and personal preferences to your care provider during labor to working you through breath-work during those tough contractions, my aim is to make my clients' births special, sacred times that reflect their values and unique personalities.
